Hello Midar Beauties! PLEASE READ OUR POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING: VALID DEBIT/CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED FOR ALL BOOKING. *SICKNESS and FAMILY EMERGENCY CANCELLATION POLICY With COVID-19 and other illness continuing to spread, if you do not feel well, we kindly ask that you please stay home and schedule your appointment at a later date. If you or another person in your household has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety, our staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointment sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A ONE TIME ALLOWANCE of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation and no show policy will be in effect. *CANCELLATIONS and RESCHEDULING POLICY LATE 15 mins appointment. MUST be rescheduled-forfeiture of booking fee, and is considered same day cancellation. ALL Clients Must Cancel or Reschedule 48 hours of their scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiture of booking fee. Deposit is non refundable/non transferable booking fee to reserve appointment and applied towards total. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING AND NO SHOWS, will forfeit booking fee AND will be charged of 50% of service. If two late or same day cancellations occur, a deposit of 100% of the service will be due at time of booking. *NO REFUND POLICY: Clients are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reasons on services, gift cards, or product. *48 HOUR POLICY: If you are unhappy with a service or result, you may contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minutes express fill. Any concerns brought up after 48 hours of your last appointment or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions a recommended fix will be offered but at full price of the service recommended. *INFILL POLICY: Please book appropriately to avoid disappointment. If you show up for a fill with less than 30% of your lash extensions left, your lashes are not thoroughly cleaned or they are melted, you will need a full set and may have to reschedule. Your deposit may be forfeited. This will be up to the discretion of the lash artist. *OUTSIDE INFILL POLICY: We no longer accept fills from other lash technicians. Kindly book a lash removal if you're wearing outside lashes and a full set if you'd like to have your lash services at Midar Beauty Bar. *CELLPHONE USE POLICY: We kindly ask that while you are on the table with our expert technicians, that you refrain from cellphone use including phone conversations and texting. Our technicians are utilizing sharp tools in close proximity to your face and eyes - movement of your head while using your cellphone could result in injury. I have read and agree to the terms above GUEST and KIDS Although we love kids, our space does not accommodate kids or extra guest unless they are being serviced. Please avoid caffeine, makeup on or around eyes before appointment. This includes moisturizer. Arrive with CLEAN lashes. DISCLAIMER: *ALLERGY DISCLAIMER: At Midar Beauty Bar we use the highest quality tools and products, however clients may be allergic to cyanoacrylate, the active ingredient in all lash adhesives. If you have extreme allergies, sensitive eyes or skin, or have had a reaction to lash extensions in the past, please DO NOT BOOK. All allergies can intensify over time. We are not and will not be held responsible for your allergies or allergic reactions to lash services.
